By using ToolHub you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Service description
ToolHub provides free online utility tools that run primarily in your browser. The service is provided as is, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or availability.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt or overload the service; (c) reverse engineer, scrape or republish the site at scale without permission; (d) use automated tools to bypass the rate limits or security measures.
3. No warranty
The tools are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We make no warranty that the tools will be error free, secure, or available without interruption. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of any output before relying on it.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolHub and its maintainer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Intellectual property
The source code of ToolHub is released under an open source license. The site name, logo, design and content are owned by the maintainer. Tool output created from your own input belongs to you.
6. Third party content
If we display third party advertisements or content in the future, those items remain the responsibility of their respective owners. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third party content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, with or without notice, including in response to abusive use.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at the maintainer's place of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
