Privacy Policy
ToolHub respects your privacy. This document explains what data is processed when you use this site and how we protect it.

1. Who we are
ToolHub is an open source online tools site maintained by lybxin. You can reach us at lybxin@gmail.com.
2. What data we process
We do not require accounts and we do not collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or payment details. The only data automatically processed by our servers consists of standard request metadata: IP address, User-Agent, requested URL, HTTP status code, response time and the negotiated language. We never store the input you type into any tool.
3. How tools handle your input
All tools are designed to run entirely in your browser. The text you paste into the input area is processed locally with JavaScript and is not transmitted to our servers. A small fallback HTTP API exists for integration use but is not used by the website itself, and inputs sent through the API are not logged.
4. Cookies and local storage
The public website does not set any cookies. The optional administration backend at /admin uses a session cookie for authentication; this cookie is restricted to administrators and is not exposed to regular visitors. We may store small amounts of data in your browser's localStorage to remember UI preferences such as your selected language; this data never leaves your device.
5. Third party services
We do not load fonts, analytics scripts or trackers from third parties. If we add a third party service in the future (for example a privacy friendly analytics provider or a non personalised advertisement network), this policy will be updated and you will be notified through a banner on the site.
6. Server logs
Our reverse proxy and application produce technical logs containing the request metadata listed in section 2. These logs are kept for a limited time for security, abuse prevention and capacity planning, then rotated and deleted. Backups of these logs are encrypted at rest.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar regimes you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not collect personal data tied to an identity, we are usually unable to look up records about a specific individual. You can still email lybxin@gmail.com with any privacy related question.
8. Children
ToolHub is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. International transfers
Servers are located outside the European Union. By using this site you understand that the request metadata described above may be processed on those servers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date below reflects the latest revision.
